The Venue has a variety of options for your next function. Wether it is a small gathering for your group of 20 people, an awards night for 100, a gala opening, premiere or corporate events for 600+. If you want to celebrate without the clean up, the Venue can cater for your needs.
The Bombay Bar is the main bar at The Venue. It is equipped with state-of-the-art sound equipment and is ideal for large functions. Adjoining the Bombay Bar is the main stage, which has played host to many great bands such as The Butterfly Effect, Birds of Tokyo, Ash Grunwald, Karnivool, Cog, Spiderbait, Something for Kate, The John Butler Trio, The Grates, Jeff Martin, The Tea Party, Phil Emanuel, Xzibit, Screaming Jets, Bliss N Eso, Wil Anderson, Gyroscope, Pot Bellies, Strung Out, Grinspoon, James Blundell, Regurgitator, The Waifs, Little Birdy, Sneaky Sound System, Dead Letter Circus, The Angles and many more. The Lion Bar can be utilized in conjuction with the main room or partitioned off as a seperate functions room. Perfect for small to medium functions, located on level two of the building, it boasts a warm atmosphere with a large open format, bar and rockin' AV equipment. The Voodoo Lounge is the perfect location for a function with a bit of style. Ideal for birthday parties, hens, bucks nights, and any kind of party worth celebrating! Voodoo offers a great party atmosphere with a private bar boasting both sound and AV equipment to party into the night. The Garden Bar is the perfect area for quality outdoor dining and menus can be designed to cater for all tastes and budgets. Suitable for a cocktail party, a beautifully presented gourmet bbq or a simple three course formal meal with friends.
